A full cycle of data center design and construction — from concept to commissioning.
Services:
Data Center Design – Development of architectural and engineering solutions, creation of energy-efficient and fault-tolerant infrastructure.
Construction and Installation – Building construction, installation of engineering systems and equipment, connection to power grids.
Turnkey Construction – Complete work cycle including design, construction, equipment setup, and commissioning.
By Reliability Level (Tier Classification, Uptime Institute):
Tier I – Basic level: no redundancy, downtime is allowed, suitable for small businesses.
Tier II – Partial redundancy, up to 22 hours of downtime per year.
Tier III – High reliability, redundancy of all key systems, with no more than 1.6 hours of downtime annually.
Tier IV – Maximum reliability, full duplication of all systems, 99.995% uptime, with a maximum of 26 minutes of downtime per year.
By Structural Design:
Traditional – Stationary buildings specifically constructed for data centers.
Modular – Prefabricated container-based solutions that can be quickly deployed anywhere.
Immersion (Submersible) – Liquid-cooled systems placed underwater to improve energy efficiency.
