Electronics Repair Technician (PCB / Motherboard Level) (West Texas)

We are looking for skilled technicians to repair system boards (PCBs) at the component level. We have two tracks available based on your experience.

What We're Looking For:

Track 1 – General Electronics Repair:
- Solid soldering experience.
- You have repaired laptops, phones, or tablets (component replacement, trace repair, connector rework).
- You understand motherboard-level troubleshooting.

Track 2 – Hash Board Repair (ASIC):
Direct experience repairing hash boards for ASIC miners is required.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Payout system (piece rate) – you are paid per successfully repaired board.
- Housing provided if you are not from the local area.

Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to read and understand basic schematics and boardviews.
