We are looking for skilled technicians to repair system boards (PCBs) at the component level. Two tracks available:

• Track 1 – General Electronics Repair: Solid soldering experience, laptop/phone/tablet repair, motherboard-level troubleshooting.
• Track 2 – Hash Board Repair (ASIC): Direct experience repairing hash boards for ASIC miners required.

Compensation & Benefits: Piece-rate payout system, housing provided if not local.

Requirements: Attention to detail, ability to read schematics and boardviews, work independently.

Responsibilities: Manage project schedule, budget and scope; coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials; communicate with clients; handle documentation (RFIs, change orders, reports).

Requirements: Legal US work authorization, experience in construction project management, strong organization and communication, ability to support Texas-based projects.

Responsibilities: Review drawings and scope; perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates; work with vendors and subcontractors; define assumptions, exclusions, and pricing.
